14 year old Lulu Shelton lives in a caravan park with her four brothers and her mother, Debbie.  She dreams of fame and fortune fed to her by a constant diet of TV talent shows.  When her attempts to run away end in tragedy, her dream turns into a poisonous obsession.  Lulu’s desperate need for freedom transforms her into a bitter and hardened young woman whose actions spiral her into an increasingly brutal and vicious war against the person who wants to protect her the most - her mother.
